How to place a sample order?
After we confirmed the design you want for the sample, we can move forward for more details. For a simple sample, we charge $50 per piece; while for a more complicated sample, we may charge up to $80 per piece. After payment has been made, it takes about 7-12 working days to receive your sample.
What's your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 300 pieces per design.
What's the leadtime of the sample and mass production?
Sample time 3-5 working days; Mass production time 15-20 working days after confirming the PPS.
What fabric do you have?
Cashmere, Wool, Mohair, Alpaca, Cotton, Core Spun Yarn, Acrylic, Recycled fabric etc. and its blends.
What customized service do you support?
We can provide Logo, main mark, washing label, hangtag, inner packing bag and carton custom.
How long is the delivery time?
