Once samples are created,our product development team will inspect them for uniformity and whether they meet the standards to be sent out. In addition, we will send you videos of the products before shipping and make any necessary adjustments if there are any issues.

How we Made Your Clothes

Pre-Production
The fabrics are sent to be washed before they are made into clothes.This is to avoid any problems withthe clothes shrinking later on. If there are any changes that need to be made, like the fit or the color of the print, itwill be done in a small batch of clothes first before mass production starts.

Bulk Production
After we have all the details and samples confirmed, like the quantity, colors, and size of the clothes, and you have paid the deposit,we will start making your clothes.The lead time for a bulk order usually takes 2-4 weeks.

Quality Assurance
We work hard to create products that will be the best for your customers. We have a QC team who checks the quality of the products before we package them. If there are any problems, we will fix them before we package the products.

Packaging
We prioritize delivery in the clothing manufacturing world because we understand how important it is to you. All items are steam ironed,neatly folded, packed individually into poly bags and boxed before shipping.

Custom Private Labels

Label customization includes choice of material, colors, font, and label size. We produce custom-made woven labels, satin labels, and cotton labels for your private label clothing companies, but we will also apply them to your garments without additional costs. Typically, the label is attached to the garment's back collar or wherever you choose.
Custom Care Labels
At FNJIA Apparel,we typically use satin material for care labels. This allows us to write the fabric composition on your washing label, as well a sinclude instructions on how to best wash the clothing. You can also add your private label clothing logo to the tag.
Custom Size Labels
Select several materials for your size label, such as (S, M, L) or (6, 8, 10, 12), or any other design you desire, make them similar to your logo labels so that customers can quickly distinguish between different sizes of your clothing.
Custom Packaging
We usually use blank plastic bags but we can also provide customized logo packaging. This means that we will put your company's logo on the packaging bags indifferent sizes or materials. This makes your brand look more professional to customers.

By Express
Fast 3-5working days, ship through FedEx, DHL or UPS door-to-door service. Normally, samples and some urgent orders are sent via this method. You will have to clear custom or pay the tarrif iyour country custom charged.
By Air or Sea
Ship by air 12-15 working days, by sea 25-40 days. These shipping methods take long time, but will save cost, you can order in advance. Normally include custom tax.
Weight Suggestion
Ordering in bulk always saves on shipping fees so we recommend ordering more than 21kg at atime. Shipping chargesfor 19kg will be more expensive than if you ordered 21 kg.
Tax by Destination Country
There is a tariff that the destination country charges, and we have no control over it. Make sure you're ableto pay the tax when the shipping company contacts you.
